


Proactively inform clients on progress.Update sources, sort patterns, configuration files, in SVN/ CVS. Liaison with the development team to get issue fix completed on time. Code changes for issues, analyze/debug code, and provide patches to customers as needed. Software Development as assigned for key tasks.Analyze and modify definition files and sort patterns using the Company’s reporter and extract generator and sort pattern Provide debugs information to software developers from testing and provides information for open issues.Install software at customer sites and test software in a high volume test environment, including with customer documents, to ensure proper functionality.Review live data for supporting customer production issues provide on-site and telephone support of customer production sites.Update tracking system for all issues assigned Log in to test environment to transfer issue fixes and releases. Provide assistance to customers both over the phone and by logging onto customer production environment via VPN to correct production problems including downloading sample information to analyze and resolve issues.
